10. Termination

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXELOBJEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PixelObjex, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Pune under the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, or internet outages.

17. Miscellaneous

Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

Waiver

Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and PixelObjex.
